| Here's a picture of yet another 80's gaming celebrity that showed up for this year's event - Mike Klug. We met by sheer chance, when I was walking into the arcade from the parking lot early this evening. I saw him looking at me, as he was also walking in, and I thot that was odd, until he asked if I was in the tourney. When I told him yes, he revealed his name, and I immediately recognized him (arcade gaming historian that I am !). Well, as a result, we buddied up for the rest of that day, and had a good time talking, and playing (he's a wiz on the Pole Position series, and still holds a world's record on PP II). Oh - nice shirt Mike ! |
